New deck membrane and floating tile deck
The clients had maintained the exterior of their home very well and wanted to be proactive with their deck and membrane as they know this can be problematic if not addressed in time.
The scope of work for this project included the replacement of the existing butynol membrane with a new TPO membrane and floating tiles.
We carried out the project under a scaffold and shrink wrap as this allowed the project to run without any weather disruptions.
There were several trades involved including carpenters, waterproofers, tilers, painters, and scaffolders.
The result gave the clients piece of mind for the next 10+ years.
