On behalf of the clients, we were engaged to carry out the end-to-end process of recladding the home under a building consent. We completely refurbished the interior including all new floor coverings, new bathrooms, and kitchen, incorporating a couple of layout changes, and repainting.

The home was immediately marketed for sale and the homeowners achieved a very desirable price.

Due to the location of the home on the site, within 1 metre of the boundary and the adjoining property, we chose a fire-resistant Linea weatherboard, which, although more difficult for the builder to work with, came up looking great and suited the home.

The entire deck above the garage was rebuilt from scratch, and the use of a honed block feature wall was incorporated into the design of the deck and the main entryway.

The front deck was also extended above the front door to allow shelter and a more sympathetic entrance. All decking was Vitex a natural hardwood that elevated the look of the property.
