We were engaged to reclad the home and add a few design changes to cater for a more modern living environment. We reduced the number of upper-level decks; from three to one within the new design. This also mitigates risk with the overall design and performance of the home.
The designer opted for two different cladding types, one being pine bevelback weatherboards and the other, shadowclad sheet cladding.
The owners vacated the property during the reclad and we were able to move them back in before Christmas 2024.
We passed our final inspection February 2025 and the clients are thrilled with the end result.
