Cladding repairs and waterproofing
We were engaged to repair isolated areas of the solid plaster cladding & repaint. The scope of work included temporary waterproofing to the asphalt shingle roof tiles, to allow the home to be safe, sanitary, and ready for the rental market.
As part of the project, we carried out Gibboard repairs and repainted the entire interior of the home to give it a fresh new look and feel. The project went seamlessly, and the client was able to rent out the home immediately.
All in all, a great makeover in a short timeframe.
