The overseas owners engaged Four Four Five to address the various exterior weathertightness issues as per the independent report and provide a solution for getting the property ready to sell.

The scope of work included:

1. Full house scaffold was used to allow safe access for pointing the roof tiles and replacing any broken or damaged tiles

2. Full house wash and driveway water blast

3. Exterior plaster repairs and a full house repaint

4. The removal and replacement of isolated areas of gib board where high moisture readings occurred

5. Targeted timber replacement to non-structural framing

6. Repair the kitchen cabinetry

7. Upgrade bathroom suites

8. Sealed the joinery mitres

9. Gib stopping and a full interior repaint

10. Replacement of weed mat and bark to freshen up garden areas
