Carpentry, roof repairs and repaint.
22 units spread over 4 blocks, full scaffold access - targeted roof and carpentry repairs plus painting all the cladding, metal roof and flashings.
We are working closely with Crockers Body Corp sending weekly work schedules to inform all residents of work to be done.
We're onsite daily overseeing the project and on hand to answer any resident's questions and queries.
We are providing a photo library document of before and after works so the Body Corp and the residents have a record of the scope of work carried out.
