*Remove the tiled pelmet and reshape the roof line.
*Upgrade all joinery to new double-glazed aluminium joinery.
*Isolated new weatherboard cladding.
*Rebuild the large timber deck.
*Extensive landscaping including an allowance for further off-street parking.
