Cladding repaint and waterproofing to decks
We were engaged to re-waterproof the 2 upper-level deck areas and install a floating tile deck and repaint & restain the solid plaster cladding & weatherboards.
The scope of work also included some isolated plaster cladding repairs and the refixing of the copper downpipes and scuppers where water ingress had been occurring.
As part of the project, we also carried out Gibboard repairs and a full interior repaint of the home to give it a fresh new look and feel.
The makeover went well, and the clients were very happy with the result, especially given we were able to fix the water ingress issues and give the clients some peace of mind.
