On behalf of the client, we were engaged to tidy up the exterior of the home, and repair isolated elements of the roof, deck and cladding to provide longevity to the home’s exterior weather protection.

We erected a full scaffold as a working platform and to provide edge protection on a reasonably steep roof. The home was fully washed, the broken concrete roof tiles were replaced, the membrane deck had a liquid membrane overlaid, and the EIFS plaster cladding had a few cracks repaired. The home underwent a full repaint with a new modern colour scheme.

Given the age of the home, the before and after comparison was undeniably overwhelming, and the client was delighted to have a new-looking home to enjoy for the foreseeable future.
