Bell Rd

We were engaged to give the large 1940’s weatherboard home a spruce up so it was market ready to sell.

The scope of work included a full exterior repaint to the timber joinery and weatherboards, and some isolated carpentry repairs.

As part of the project, we replaced isolated areas of water damaged cladding and joinery, and the project was carried out largely from fixed scaffold given the size of the home. There were a number of areas on the home where we removed the entire paint coatings back to the bare weatherboards and started from scratch. This process added time however, it ensured the finished product looked more professional.

The weather allowed for a seamless project, the makeover went well, and the clients were very happy with the result.
